The village of Salviac sits in the heart of the lovely Bouriane area in the department Lot. The Bouriane borders the Perigord Noir/Dordogne. A lot of famous sites nearby: Rocamadour, Sarlat, StCirq Lapopie, Cahors. But most of all this region offers lots of natural space with splendid hills/valleys, small farms, small villages, woodlands, and fields.
This house (1996) was built at the edge of the village. From the house and garden, one overlooks an unspoiled natural valley. Not isolated but very quiet. Shops, restaurants, etc in the village at less than two miles.
Entrance into the kitchen and utility area. The kitchen is well equipped. Large lounge with doors opening to the south facing the terrace and the breathtaking view.
At ground-floor level two bedrooms, one with its own en suite shower and toilet. Second shower room and toilet. Stairs lead up to the cozy ‘tower bedroom’.
Under the house a lot of cellar space.
Lovely, very private garden.
Waiting for you .......
