This the place to be if you like living in unspoiled nature! This stone house sits well hidden in its about 30 acres of woodlands and fields. The belonging land is a beautiful area with a unique, carefully kept, and developed variety of vegetation and wildlife. Deer, wild boar, badgers, owls, and many other species roam freely around the water holes and in the fields and woodlands.
A long, private driveway leads up to the house
The spacious house was built in 1965 for an important inhabitant of the neighboring village. Everything was done with a high-quality choice of materials. A very solid house indeed.
Entrance into a hall with toilet and doors to the kitchen/diner (16,5 m2) and the L-shaped lounge (48,5 m2) with huge chimney (high-performance wood-burner) and 3 times French doors opening to a large south-facing terrace.
On the other side of the hall doors to 2 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Stairs lead up to the third bedroom in the tower. On the top floor of the tower lives a family of owls.
At the lower garden level independent entrance into a guesthouse with fitted kitchen, bedroom, and shower room/toilet. Also a spacious workshop, the boiler room, and the utility area.
At some 30 m from the house a stone garage/barn with water and electricity connected.
All windows of the house have electrically operated roller shutters. The house has oil fired central heating but normally the strong woodturner heats the whole house.
A charming medieval village with all facilities is at less than a10 minutes drive.
