This cozy paradise sits in the splendid countryside between the Quercy and Perigord regions in the Lot. This region, bordering the Dordogne, is known for its pleasant climate and lush nature.

At walking distance from the property a small village with a restaurant and a small shop. A larger village with more shops and a weekly market is at 2 miles. The medieval town of Gourdon with supermarkets at 20 minutes drive.

The main house, formerly a huge barn, was built in 1981. In recent years the barn has been converted into a cozy house.  Entrance into the equipped kitchen with wood burner. Next to it a lounge with underfloor heating and double doors opening to the terrace. At ground floor level furthermore a workshop and independent Summer kitchen with its own shower and toilet.
Wooden stairs lead up to the floor with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en suite shower room/toilet. Three other bedrooms share a second shower room/.toilet.

At some distance from the main house the charming seventeenth-century house. This house has been restored with respect for authentic details.
Entrance into the kitchen/lounge with fireplace. Next to this a bedroom and shower room/ toilet.  Removable stairs lead up to a loft with the possibility to create another bedroom.

The houses each have their own entrance lane and parking.
