Picture yourself in a medieval village on the river Lot. The oldest part is a bit higher with a small chateau on the top. From the old church, a narrow lane leads up to the castle. A few houses were built overtime on this road.
This house, originally a medieval farmhouse, was restored and substantially enlarged in the seventies for a Parisien family. Everything had to be perfect.
The family didn’t use the house a lot so everything is in perfect order.
Unique floors, wall decorations, large windows, high ceilings, many authentic features!
The large lounge offers great views onto the Lot valley. There is an impressive chimney and doors to the garden. Passage to the kitchen and three guestrooms. On the floor the master bedroom, also with great views and two bathrooms. Over the whole house an enormous attic.
At the lower level of the old part storage space and the boiler room (oil-fired burner).
The guesthouse is at about 40 m and has its own entrance to the small lane. This house had s spacious lounge with doors to a wonderful balcony (view!) and a modest kitchen. There are three bedrooms and a bathrooms.
All in all a unique property!!
