Lovely autumn in South West France

After the long hot Summer, we now have the fantastic ‘Indian Fall’ in the Dordogne and Lot departments. Pleasant weather and the slow very slow changing of the hues of nature.

This is a perfect time for house-hunting. However, for those who live abroad, ‘TIME’ is the enemy. Many house hunters take a week or so to try and see as many house as they can.  This is mainly because most French agents don't inform the clients about the exact location. Add the language problems with estate agents who only speak French.

We try to communicate as much as possible with you before you make the journey. When asked we mail you an aerial scan of the property with its cadastral plots. In our emails, we try to find the boxes a house needs to tick for you.  This way we save a lot of your valuable time.

We can also guide you through a purchase with an agent with whom communication is difficult.

Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
